A MESSAGETHAT MOVESPEOPLE TO ACT.
Julio Almanza has stood inside maximum-security federal prisons, university lecture halls, and community centers across the country — and delivered the same message every time: the walk home is possible. Every session is built from years of doing the work, not studying it.
How We Work Together
Four Ways to Engage Wrong to Strong
Organizations can begin with a keynote and expand into sustainable curriculum and internal facilitator training.
High-impact keynote addresses for conferences, summits, correctional facilities, universities, and large events. JC delivers The Walk Home™ and The Blueprint™ as keynote experiences.
Deep-dive behavioral-change workshops for organizations, staff teams, and cohorts. Participants do the work — not just hear about it.
Organizations can license Wrong to Strong curriculum for ongoing internal delivery. Approved facilitators deliver the work within their institution under the Wrong to Strong framework.
Prepare your organization's staff or approved facilitators to deliver Wrong to Strong programming internally. Builds lasting organizational capacity.

About the Speaker
Julio "JC" Almanza
Julio Almanza didn't study the criminal justice system — he lived it. After incarceration, he built Wrong to Strong from the ground up: first as a single program inside a maximum-security federal prison, then as a multi-state organization partnered with universities, correctional agencies, and community nonprofits. He created USP Max, Be the Man, Wonder Woman, and The Walk Home — each one built from direct experience, not theory.
His work has been documented on National Geographic, Travel Channel, and REELZ. He has delivered programs in partnership with Arizona State University and the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADCRR), and has spoken at conferences, schools, faith communities, and recovery organizations across the country.
