Wrong to Strong
CHANGE THE BLUEPRINT.CHANGE THE OUTCOME.
Wrong to Strong builds behavior-change systems for individuals, families, organizations, and the people who serve them.
Three Pathways
Three Doors. One Transformation System.
Every organization, individual, and professional has a different starting point. Wrong to Strong meets you there.
Delivery Levels
ONE SYSTEM. MULTIPLE WAYS TO ENGAGE.
Organizations can begin with a keynote and expand into sustainable curriculum and internal facilitator training.
Open the conversation. Shift the room.
Turn insight into action.
Build lasting organizational capacity.
Prepare your people to carry the work forward.
The Methodology
THREE DOORS. ONE TRANSFORMATION SYSTEM.
Underneath the three pathways is a unified methodology — USP MAX — built inside maximum-security federal prisons and refined across correctional facilities, universities, government agencies, and community organizations. Every Wrong to Strong engagement draws from the same proven system.
About JC Almanza
Why the System Exists
JC Almanza's story is not the product. It is the reason the product works.
JC Almanza spent approximately 17 years inside the criminal justice system across Mexico and the United States. He came home and built Wrong to Strong from the inside out — not from a textbook, but from lived experience inside maximum-security federal prisons, reentry programs, correctional facilities, universities, and communities across the country. National Geographic documented his story. ASU partnered with his mission. Over 104 five-star reviews confirm the impact.
Real people. Real experiences. Real impact.
Julio's story and message are unlike anything I've ever heard. He speaks with authenticity that you can't fake — it changes how you see people.
— M.R.
Wrong to Strong gave our facility something we couldn't find anywhere else — a program that actually reaches the men inside. The results speak for themselves.
— D.T.
I've attended dozens of reentry programs. This is the only one that felt real. Julio doesn't talk at you — he walks with you.
— K.L.
The impact on our students was immediate. Julio has a gift for connecting with people who have given up on themselves.
— A.M.

EXPANDING ACCESS. SCALING IMPACT.
The Wrong to Strong Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Historically, the Foundation supported direct in-person programming inside correctional facilities, rehabilitation centers, and communities. The Foundation is now transitioning toward scalable digital delivery — making transformational educational resources accessible to justice-impacted individuals, families, underserved communities, youth, and rehabilitation populations regardless of their ability to pay.
From visiting people to building systems that stay with people.
