"At Wrong to Strong, our mission is to empower individuals to transform their lives through resilience and strength. We envision a world where everyone, regardless of their past, has the opportunity to build a better future."
I grew up on the south side of Chicago and lived on both sides in the US and Mexico. My childhood was very bad, and I ended up in gangs and working for the cartel.
My journey from being an inmate in over 25 prisons across Mexico and the U.S. to now working to empower others has given me unique insights into the dynamics of resilience and mental strength. This is the foundation of the 'Wrong to Strong' philosophy—transforming lives into strength, one person at a time.
I spent countless years in and out of some of the most dangerous prisons in the US and Mexico. I learned to navigate the streets, my PTSD, mental health issues, and addiction while taking care of my body and mind.
Today, Wrong to Strong is a foundation that helps kids, women, and men dream again and find hope because this is where we draw the line. Wrong to Strong.
